Elite Sailing Charters would like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to offer our services. Before booking your charter, you are kindly asked to read the following terms and conditions very carefully. You are courteously asked to adhere to these guidelines:
Your personal safety is of paramount importance to us and therefore it is imperative that you advise us at the time of booking of any condition, medical or otherwise, that might affect your or other passenger’s enjoyment of the charter.
a. Personal belongings should be safely stored below deck during voyages.
b. Smoking is prohibited within the galley, heads and cabins.
c. Preparation of food and drink in the galley to be carried out while the boat is stationary.
d. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited onboard.
Please be advised that guests who do not adhere to the above guidelines
could be kindly asked to vacate the boat.
Data Protection Policy:
The personal information provided upon booking a charter will be processed
in accordance with the provision of the European General Data Protection Regulation. Photos may be taken from time to time which can be used for
marketing and/or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to feature on such
material please inform the staff accordingly. You have the right to request
for any personal data to be erased.
Charter schedules and content may be subject to change due to various
circumstances which might arise throughout the year and are beyond our control. Whilst we would ensure that such changes are communicated to clients once they are officially available, we cannot be held liable for such changes.
Bookings:
Bookings can either be made by completing the booking form on the website or phoning direct. Confirmation of booking will be received upon payment of a deposit. Deposit specified in price list.
Balance of payment can be paid by either cash onboard, cheques accepted in Euro, Revolute or bank transfer.
Payment may be effected by international bank transfer (bank charges must be included) or alternatively by Revolut. Bank details can be found on the booking form.
Pricing deposits and deposit refunds:
All prices we advertise are accurate as of the date of publication, but we reserve the right to change any of those prices from time to time.
Cancellation of bookings and refunds:
Minimum of 1 week before date of charter: Full refund of deposit
3 days before date of charter: 50% refund of deposit
On the day: No refund.
In the event that Elite Sailing Charters is unable to sail due to severe
weather conditions (Force 5 and above), then a full refund will be made to the
client can postpone the charter to another available date. Please note that all
weather forecasts need to be validated by the certified RYA Skipper.
